problem with scale standard parts

Good morning to all, I'm new to the forum.
My name is luca and in the company where I use mechanical 2008 occasionally by self-taught .
I have a problem:
I opened with mechanical a design of autocad designed in scale 1:1 ,
but when I try to insert standard parts like screws or bolts I draw them scaled 1:30 .
Is there any way to solve the problem?

Are they not scaled 1:25.4?
If yes, you just change the units of measurement.. .

unless it is set under the "standard" tab in options, the "measure" item on English instead of on metric... but it's a never used option, so I don't know what it's like. .

otherwise other options now do not come to mind...
