problem with table setting

I can't change my design anymore. .
every attempt is stopped by a message: "this message is because generated: you are not authorized to check in this object".
they advised me to go to see in the workspace the column "workspace status" if set on read only.
But that's not how mine is set on new.
I don't know what the problem is, I hope I have answers that help me.

Usually the problem comes out when in workspace the stage level of development turns out to be "released".
the .prt and .drw file you created it new? is inserted in an axieme?
have you tried to make a dupplication object in workspace both of .prt and .drw giving it another name and see if it gives you the same problem?

another possibility is that there exists in commonspace an object with the same name,
view the columns of workspace status, comparison status, commonspace status,
the info shown will give us suggestions about it.. .
