Good evening,
I wanted to ask a question about texture mapping, I'll explain to you what problem I've happened.
use rhinoceros 5 with vray 1.5.
In practice I have a series of solids that I want to apply a texture, and by selecting objects, I go to apply from vray material editor, the texture by clicking on "apply to selected objects".
now from the menu on the right I go on "property" --"texture mapping"--and click on "apply surface mapping", select type "box" so as to uniform on all faces of solids the same scale of the texture.
At this point I want to increase or decrease the scale, and imposed in "xyz size" , (wining all 3 axes), the measure to please.
well, in theory ,man as I change the size, I should see in real time the change (having set the rendering view of the model).
This does not happen, and changing scales from 0.1 to 1000 I do not see any changes in real time.
if I move the object changes the scale and is displayed as it should, then if I change the scale again remains fixed, and as before if I move the object updates the scale.
But if I do a parallelepipedo and do the same procedure, in that case if I change the scale changes are displayed in real time.
What do you think can be?
Thank you very much
