problem with the connection command

I have the problem with command raccorda...... I probably lost a file that allows me to use this command.
someone knows which folder I have to look at and any files to insert!!!! to set up the restraint command.
I hope this is the last command that doesn't work............. .

I didn't understand anything... the command that doesn't work is fitting or holding??? better explain the malfunction please
