problem with tolerances

Hello, everyone. I searched on the forum but found nothing on this problem. I've just been working with props.
the problem is this: I have to create some geometric tolerances with 3 boxes. but it gives me only 2 boxes. gives me the chance to add a text at the end but I need it with the box. How can I do that? ?

I have to realize geometric tolerances of form. I can insert both the symbol and tolerance. I can't enter the third box with the reference surface.

as first you must insert the reference
insert/reference model/plan-axis
once the reference is inserted, you can recall it in geometric tolerance
references\base.
