Bye to all,
I am a student of structural ing and have assigned me the modeling of a reservoir (I believe in cls still do not have complete data) of which I know only the full geometry up to the edge of water. I created a 3d model on solidworks and then I imported the object into strauss7 without particular problems. I performed by tools-->automeshing-->surface mesh and then always by tools-->automeshing-->soldi mesh to turn the plates into brick. I created a load case with gravity weight, one with water weight applied on the bottom and hydrostatic load on the vertical walls at the moment not (but should not affect the good outcome of the analysis). I then bound all the nodes of the base applying as a restrain fix (i.e. no shift) and when I launch the linear analysis returns me a warning on the matrix of stiffness telling me that it is singular. from the theory I know that this is a problem of constraints, i.e. there is a lability somewhere that but I can't guess because I'm at first with this kind of software.
What am I wrong?

Thanks for the help:)
view of the problem section. the tank is cylindrical
plates
brick
linear analytic report

I solved it myself, it depended on the fact that I had not assigned a brick material.
