problema con motion!!!

Hello to all boys, and first I introduce myself because I am fresh of this community.....I am frank with perugia.........I have a problem.............I can't go ahead so to give the constraints etc to this assembly file.....I have to move that handle bar highlighted with the arrow up and down within the appropriate guides, but it is from this morning that I am thinking... p.s. I also added another image closer to you x let you understand where the famous handle bar has to run! ! ! !
