problema con pro/engineer wildfire 3.0

Hello everyone are new to this forum, I have a problem with proe 3.0. until recently it worked perfectly now is giving me the following problems:
1- when on any created file precedes I double-click to open it opens the program and exits a window where it asks me: no written permission. . .choose another boot directory for trail cretion.
2- when launching the program directly from the desktop opens the program and exits a window with writing: licenses request failed for feature proe_ddity: -9:
in both cases closing the windows also closes the program...someone can help me? Thank you! !

I see that it is your first message ... you presented yourself in the appropriate section to other users?

for writing trail files, it is a classic message that appears when the writing folder was created by the machine administrator and alerts the program as a standard user (and then you do not have the writing privileges for that folder).
The other mistake is a license problem, did you make any changes?

you should enter as a system administrator and authorize the use of the folder to standard users;
Alternatively, from standard user create a new folder and indicate it in the option trail_dir of the config.pro

for the second error:
enters the subdirectory bin present in the installation directory and starts the ptcstatus.bat file
opens a system window as from attached image.
let us know what the outcome of this verification is and we will see to understand where the problem is

hi I made the steps you told me...I created the trail_dir folder and indicating the path I exit again the window licensed required etc....

therefore the problem of the trail_dir seems solved.

You obviously have a licensing problem.
is it installed locally or as a license server?
try to launch the ptcsetup.bat from the bin folder (the same as above), at some point you will find a window in which the type of license used is indicated.

You probably have a priority issue of network cards.
go to start > run, type regedit and press forward.
in the system log search for the networkcards item (use the tool finds), here you will have many folders for each network card of your pc, rename the folders and from 10 to that related to the network card on which you have the license, 20, 30, 40 for others.

Have you tried to contact ptc assistance?
Unfortunately I do not know the code of that error and going for attempts means losing a lot of time.
I would first reinstall the license from ptcsetup.bat... but, it is right to make an attempt.
