problema con so windows 7

Hello everyone!! I just started using solidworks, version 2012.

as operating system use windows 7.

I can install the software and use it, but once you restart windows 7 it freezes, it reboots continuously preventing use.

I solved the problem by deleting all files related to solidwork by accessing the hd from linux.

Has anyone ever had such a problem?
I also tried with previous versions but nothing changes

use solidworks from '99 and install it personally in all stations (about ten). for 2 years we use it with win7 x64 without ever any problem.
the doubt that comes to me first is: is the license regular? did you receive the support or installation package by official way?
If so we continue, otherwise we must close the discussion here as the forum regulation prohibits discussing irregular software.

Yes the license is regular, I am a student of the torino polytechnic and use a version that is distributed to all students. is a one-year version, available in 2011 and 2012 versions. I've already tried all 2 but the problem remains. .

What version of windows 7 do you have? are you installing the correct version and that is if you have 7prof x64 you are installing the 64-bit version?
is the dvd original? if burned could contain malware, did you try to check that the support is ok from this point of view?

maybe I understood the problem, every time I try to uninstall it gives me problems and I can't remove it completely, I already tried with ccleaner and revounistaller but I can't remove it completely. I think that you didn't install properly the first time and now you're giving problems
