problema con sweep e swept

hello to all, I have a huge problem simulating the surface of a d32 ball mill with a 3 axle milling machine.
I'll explain better.
I have two guidelines, the main one that is the center and the secondary one that is the ball tangence.

If I do a sweep it generates a edge and the nn puperficie turns out to have constant r16 radius.

If I do a swept same thing....

I also tried to make a sweep using two tracks through which to pass the girth of d32 and imposing the variable section, but still doing a bending analysis does not maintain the constant radius!!! and therefore the cam (mastercam 10) nn manages to work the surface.

Can anyone give me a tip? ? ?
Thanks

Maybe I didn't understand well but can't you use the leadership revolution?
What is swept?

Hello, sir!

then the swept is the sweep where you put the sections where you want to understand us (I attach the image of the button)

I have to simulate the trend of a frieze with tracks in space, so I can't make a revolution!

I don't know if I could explain. I will try to attach tomorrow or Monday a better model to make you understand the problem

thanks for the help

what you call swept is called sweep blend, however to do what you need you could use the swept variable section command.
Bye.

hello to all as promised I try to attach a basic model to clarify the problem:
I did two tests.

I assume that the mill must always be orthogonal on the top floor in question.

1)Sweep variable section: work with 2 tracks, the section is a half circumference; in "section plane control" I set normal to proiection-->top.
First problem: on the surface a edge arises.
second problem: the surface does not appear to have a constant radius: both by doing curve analysis with pro/e and with surface radius analysis of mastercam it is evidence that the radius is not constant.

2)blend of sweep: only one track 2 two sections.
always "section plane control" I set normal to proiection-->top.
In this case, edges are not born and the surface looks perfect, but when I go to do a bending radius analysis varies from 14 to 11.89!!! I'm not doing the surface.

I hope I've made it clear.

thanks to the help in advance

ps: I split the 2 workings in groups and one is suppressed

useless to say that of the model I did not understand much of what you would do: would you want to generate a surface like the blue one so that it has constant spherical radius so that when you throw it in mastercam it generates processing with a single pass? Do I understand?

a question, I put it down like this: but if you want a constant surface because you do not do a normal sweep using as the only section a r16 circumference?

However I noticed that in the test file.prt there is a blend of sweep where the two sketches have different rays, so probably the definition of the trajectories "centre fresa" and "threatening jaw" are not exact. in fact in the variable section sweep, choosing "consistent section" the created surface does not tange to the tangency trajectory.

then in the recovery of the suppressed group there is the feature of merge that fails. You left her like that?
