I would have the need to optimally set the bending parameters of the sheets, in practice the value of the development elaborated by the software does not coincide with the value given by the calculations performed with the appropriate formulas.
my request is to know if there is a possibility to change the bending values of solidworks and where to set them, alternatively I accept your advice to make the parameters of theoretical development (software) as much as possible to the real ones.

I use a custom bending table where according to the thickness, radius and fold angle I insert the data that I calculated to achieve the suitable development to our bending system.
you can still use the radius and the k factor according to the needs to get the development calculation and compare it to the theoretical one.
you can use bending tolerance limit and bending deduction for development.. .
If you look at the swx guide you will find the appropriate directions then choose which one is most suitable for your use.
ps. but did you verify that the theoretical development then in the bending phase is correct? ! ?
