Good morning to all,
I introduce myself here not having found other sections to do so.
My name is Luigi, I'm 45 years old, and I'm a Venetian. are a mechanical craftsman and drawing mainly in 2d. use for work traditional machine tools and a cnc working center with wild control.

from a few years I use draftsight of dassault systèmes, with which until a couple of weeks ago I had no problem.
when I discovered that it became paid I decided to buy it, considering also the low cost. Unfortunately, however, I have problems at the start (see attached image).
I contacted a trusted technician to ask for lumens and I was told that my pc would be a little obsolete for graphics. In fact, it's a five-year-old machine, but it's also true that until yesterday, draftsight went well without problems.
I would therefore be about to take a new pc, but I'm not sure that the problem depends on that.

Can someone give me a hint?

nanocad is, like draftsight, a clone of autocad; mainly the commands are the same, but the graphics are considerably different and if you have memorized the drafsight icons you might find in difficulty. also some commands are slightly different (the line of nanocad for example requires first the launch of the command then the selection of entities to be ironed, with drafsight and autocad instead is indifferent the sequence)
customization is not excellent in my opinion.
In short, it is a valid product, but if you use drafsight intensively and you metabolized a customization, you may find yourself in difficulty initially, if you use it sporadically and have never lost time to customize it then you should not find differences
