In these days I realized for my boss, a model, that he had to analyze to make a relationship.
When he went to analyze it he found problems, and he told me it was due to the fact, that I had bound the pieces using concentrics, or coincidences, without using work plans.
I do not know the functioning of the cosmos, but it seems very unlikely that the problem is precisely that.

usually the problem is contrary. I do not make calculations, only some simulation with motion and the latter ignores the constraints between entities like I plan, asks relationships between faces.

I can tell you that it is absolutely nothing to do with the way the parts are bound together once the model passes into simulation environment. In fact, once the model is in simulation it loses all the constraints (plans and not) set in the 3d modeling environment. you will have to review/set the model, through contacts and constraints.
In particular, what problem does your boss complain?
can you have some extra info on the model to analyze at the fem?
