Hello
I press that I normally do not use catia, but I have to see the work done by others with catia, I have at disposal catia v5.16 and when I try to open a part appears a window that says:

error in reading the document. Loading failed

and adds nothing else I tried to edit a file and starts like this:

v5_cfv

then I saved a part with catia at my disposal and starts equal

v5_cfv
Any suggestions?

your release is a little old, install the last (v5r20) and most likely the problem will disappear.
