problems display

Hello everyone!
are a novello use of creo (version 2.0) (they are
born and raised on solidworks, I also use it in the company).
since I formatted the pc I am having problems with the software.
in particular, some parts of the screen remain black, asks me to download
adobe flash player (even if it is correctly installed), and when
I create a model in turning it leaves me video pictures of
previous positions.
before formatting I had no problem.
I trust in your help!

Have you tried looking for updated drivers for your video card?

brand and model?

I agree with tartufon, and I add that if your computer is not so high, you should turn off most visual effects of windows 7 (transparency, effects etc.)

Hello!
before PC formatting
(sony vaio serie e anno 2010, intel i3-370m, 4gb ram, 1gb dedicated video, tab video ati mobility radeonTM hd series 5400)
I had no problem, the program was spinning properly.
video card drivers I downloaded and installed them (I installed ati catalyst control center from sony support area
for my laptop model).
other problem that match is the demand from creo to install adobe flash player, program
that in reality I had already from before installed.

hi, historically when I used years ago, the ati cards were incompatible (in fact on my laptop I had installed the gforce). Now it could be that even with creo can have this problem, try to feel directly ptc.

depends on the cards maybe. I have a firegl and that time I installed I create for test it worked normally.

Did you change your user, like you were admin before, and instead you are now limited user?

I'm always administrator.
with other programs cad (solidworks, nx) I have no problem
