problems during saving the dwg document - dxf

Hello, girl.
I have a problem....it's been a few days since I go to save an idw in dwg or dxf I get out the screen as a photo attached that the rescue does not happen. I have the same problem when I carry a dxf face for the development of a sheet...... has it already happened to someone? Can you tell me what it can be?

It happened to me sometimes.
the reason I do not know and the only solution I found is to open the next rel. (2012/2013 ), close it and reopen 2011.
my 2011 version is complete with sp.

by doing a google search I saw that on our site there was already a discussion where you had answered but I found it only after posting the message.....I have 2011 but I did not update to the successive realms. .

the only thing to do is try to uninstall and reinstall. . .or delete sp1 and 2 and reinstall them but I don't know how to do....
