problems installation revit 2012 and 2013

Bye to all,
I would have a problem with revit's histaliation in version 2012 and 2013 and I am very desperate because I really need it urgently.
I downloaded the trial version as a student but at the time of installation of the bookstores it blocks indicating the impossibility to install the library and cancel the installation.

Windows 7 operating system
ram 6g
video card nvidia gforce 425m

What library? Are you connected to the internet during installation?

I connected to the internet.
the library that advises you to install at the beginning which is equivalent to the last 3 parts of the installation.
