problems loading internal tutorial

Save as from title I can't load the inventor's internal tutorials:
if I go to the tab starts and then collect exercises it returns me in the window the following message:

♪ http://localhost:44441/guided-tutor...019/ita/?user=alldocube&mode=enabled&pid=2232 with error a connection attempt was refused. (-102).

qualcuno puo' aiutarmi? grazie

the link attached to you, works perfectly (see photo). You probably have outbound limitations on the firewall
