problems on a mold

hi to all I have a problem to expose :biggrin:
during a finishing of a mold came up with grooves and reliefs that did not exist in simulation and I can't understand the source of the problem.

the tool path I made it with catia, a simple 3-axis sweep with a 0.2mm pass increment with spherical tool d.10. the numerical control machine is a nice fla 6526

should not depend on catia.... sure that the surface you used to mill has no imperfections?? ? ?

- are you using a trunk or a strong lock that is not fixed well?
- Try to re-launch the same path you get the same resulate?
- if you roar 90 degrees (the piece in macchin by ) do you have the same problem?
- Assault? What control do you use?
