problems threads inventor 2016

hello to all, I downloaded the demo of inventor pro 2016 and when I have to file the pieces always gives me error and does not run me command, in practice I can't file, am I wrong something or there are settings I don't know?

with inventor 2016 I have some speed problems opening tabled jobs (for example threads) because the software must read from a database using excel. Is it not that it could be an excel problem? What version do you have?

Good morning, I have no excel on the pc but openoffice. with previous versions it always went well.
I checked the excel files, they're there, and they're in the location they have to be. I can't explain the reason for the mistake.
