problems to track lines with active snap

Hello everyone!
I installed autocad 2016 with new functions, but I have a problem with the command "linea". practically, I wanted to draw a simple line from a point already known in the drawing, but when I click "line", the cursor goes to snaps and does not find the point I want, such as the intersection point between two perpendicular lines already drawn previously. How do I solve this problem?
