Hi, a few days ago I had to reinstall sw 2013 and since then I have problems with displaying the previews of the files, both parts and assemblies and drawings.
For example, as posted in the attached images, in the pen drive I use usually only previews of a couple of files are visible, for others there is only the generic icon.
on the hd instead is on the contrary, of almost all the details you see the preview and only a couple not.
I read a little about the problem (https://www.cad3d.it/forum1/threads/anteprime-ed-icone-scomparse.45875/ and also other discussions) and I can assure that in the list of updates there is not the kb3072630.
even if I do "modify macro" the system does not crash, then I would assume that the installation is ok; unfortunately I do not have a macro to run to make a further verification.
Does anyone have a solution to the problem?
