problems with creation of rhino holes

Good evening, sorry I am having trouble with rhinoceros in the construction of a bench in particular in the creation of holes in order to pass tubulars that support the bench.
using the tool creates holes I can pierce the first surfaces and not the next ones. How do I drill them all together? Besides, how do I create curved tubulars?

It's a bit I don't use rhino, but by heart it seems to me that you can sweep with a spline/curva that follows the shape of your bench. and a circle
then cut the bench surfaces with this sweep
and always if I don't remember badly.. with rhino you can create groups of surfaces. . then in one shot only cuts/holes all
