problems with joints in structural elements 3d

Good morning, everyone!
first message in this forum that I know with pleasure be all made in italy.

I have a problem with this frame that I designed as a 3d sketch. inserting the structural elements, some beams insert them rotated and I have to rotate them manually by inserting the corner. the problem is that as a residual remain those joints made badly. clearly it is not the case of sending it to production with those details not put in place.

What do you recommend?

putting the corner to the eye in the menu of structural elements, for every new element I inserted. the corners were all remarkable therefore 30 45 or 60 degrees

do not put corners to the eye, but use alignment with direction vector (subit before the angle setting).
Others do separate functions and use short/extended function

you will immediately see the difference because by entering the corner the faces of the bearing tubes and reinforcements will not be parallel while using the parallel alignment
to be careful that each side must have its alignment so you have to make as many groups

Excuse me, but I connect to this post not to open up new ones.

to me often happens that the "accorcia/estendi" function loses references and jumps.

If I open the part, I change the "accorcia/stendi" function and I simply check v without doing anything else, the function immediately settles without having to do anything, but every time I have to go to change function and close it, neither do the ctrl+q.

do you have any idea why this happens?

It doesn't happen unmotivatedly to me, if you jump it's for some change. What do you usually use to shorten? faces or bodies? normally the bodies are more reliable. Do you use 2019?
