problems with the loft that is not performed

So it is my first message...and obviously my first problem specifically the loft command... at the time I use cad 2007.

I come to the therefore, maybe not mastic well the 3d, but someone knows how to tell me why does not perform this loft?

I press that with other forms I have not had problems but as I emerge from the editable shapes type square circle etc... I do not detect them anymore as objects and the command does not go
