professional software sharing with other colleagues

I would like to know if it is legal to use structural calculation software (or other software) that produce reports signed by me to present to the civil genius who are fired to a colleague and not to me, perhaps with a consenzo signed by the colleague if there was need. the intention is to buy half a head with a colleague the software we need (structural calculation, implantation, energy certification, security etc.) to divide the costs. have you ever done it?you are aware of someone who did it? Could the civil genius reject my calculations or raise problems?

caccia: mine was just a statement/provocation as it is absolutely not legal to do this. Rereading what I wrote clearly seems to me that my statement was ironic. from what I know (I am an employee and I don't have p.iva) if you open a study/activity you also have to buy all the necessary equipment, including software. "subcontracting" is not possible, I don't think license contracts allow these things.
Follow: I'm addicted, and as a hunting letter, mine was just a provocation. what I said is illegal, you cannot subsidize software unless you forget. as told by fulvio_romano tries to hear the dealer of the software.
