professional vault vs pro.file

Good morning.
in the company we are considering the insertion of a professional pdm. Currently we use base model vault, with inventor.
we have the will to manage not only 3d files, as we do now, but all technical documents and not only.
vault professional would be a very facilitated pass, coming from the base vault.
However I heard very well about pro.file, which in addition to the pdm function also performs the function of plm, being able to manage the files you any type.
my doubt is if passing to pro.file may lose some functions that we are accustomed to being already present on base vault, such as i-logic parametric relationships, or father-son relationships ("references" and "uses").
basically I don't know if pro.file will be able to perform well pdm functions.

Have you tried to ask the pro.file dealer?

also ask for companies that have implemented it to know their opinion.

Are we talking about how many documents?

search the web if there is already an interface between inventor and pro. file

the retailer I'm slaughtering questions, but what hasn't yet managed to transmit to me is how the software behaves in real use from the designer's point of view.
pro.file already has the interface with inventor, only that I just don't know how in the real behaves.
what I'm looking for is the testimony of someone who works in a company equipped with pro.file, maybe combined with inventor
