to protect consumers, promote knowledge and ensure the transparency of the professional services market, the Law of 14 January 2013, n.4 (published on the official gazette of 26 January 2013, n. 22) was adopted.

the law in force from 10 February, involves all those professions not organized in orders or colleges, defined as economic activities also organized, aimed at the take-up of services or works for third parties, exercising habitually and mainly through intellectual work, but that are not reserved by law to persons registered in albi or lists.

health professions and crafts and crafts are also excluded because they are governed by specific regulations.

a list of professional associations that declare to possess the characteristics provided for by the new law will be published on the website of the Ministry of Economic Development.

the list has a purpose exclusively informative and not a value of ranking or issue of reliability judgments by the Ministry of Economic Development.

from how the new law has that the unorganized professions are "organized", it seems to me that they are still "organized". :confused
