if the geometry to be realized is not complex you can do so:

project any sketch on the surface,
cut the same with the projection,
create a cut surface offset (e.g. a square),

and you will have a perforated bin and a sketch shape offset,

then create a connection surface between the offset sup and the perforated surface.
