Bye to all,
I copied the profile of a linear guide by saving it in .sec.
When I imported it into a new file to extrude it, despite setting the 1:1 scale, I find differences between the orginal profile and the new one....

How come?
Is there a way to solve this?

you just have to turn off the sketch manager otherwise some entities too close could align.

sketch> options tb constraints and disable everything!

However, I recommend that you bind the sections that you save to themselves with constraints and quotas blocked so that you have only 2 weak quotas that bind it to any reference.

In this way, you wouldn't have any problem with the active manager.

created a new part, in sketch phase I inserted the created sec previously and I have no problem.

I have your own problem, too. in particular, blocking the quotas and making "strong" the constraints, the zones of not perfect overlap concern the cylindrical surfaces of the spheres and the two lower grooves of the rail.

leaving the sketch "debole", instead, everything is perfectly superimposable.
