program goes to snaps

Hello.
on my pc I installed 3 modelers: solidworks, edge and invenotor. These always went great until a few weeks ago. works and edge (all and 3 version 12 premium complete) are still fine, inventor began to go to white point shots (the green ball fails to stand behind the pointer and when turning the solid goes to snaps). this has made the work not impossible but extremely irritating. Do you understand? Can you help me?

characteristics pc?? video card? ? ?
try setting the video card settings in the inventor menu? ?

no pc has nothing to do with (asus g73sw a nice horse) especially because for a month I used it and everything went perfectly then boh inexplicably goes to snaps without having changed any setting. ...so to know where this menu is?
