progressive numbering up stairs

What I would like to get:I have a basement and three floors off ground, basement which has a lower height than others. This means that the staircase that leads from the basement to the ground floor will have lifts in less than the other two ramps that lead to the first floor and the second floor....
I have to draw them and number the raises, the first step that starts from the basement must be number 1 and progressively others.

this is possible, but not for multi-plane scales, and not for scales "by sketch", only for scales "of component". to set the starting number, just select the number of numbers ( expect to see a dotted blue line), and, at the options bar, you can set the option for setting the starting number.

I don't see a way to avoid this. maybe you need to show only a series of numbers, and leave some empty steps, as in this image. At least, you have the starting number (19) and then some empty spaces, then the next number (24), you can understand the sequence.
