Well, if that's all it takes much less. even with a hypothetical protection on the file you open can always copy it to local and do the same trick :biggrin: (uncomplicate your colleagues)
If that's the problem, you'd need it. autodesk vault. with this software you always have the changes made to the file and you always know who changed what.

If you put the password on it, the file only opens the person who knows it! But if you forget it, you're fucked. . .
