Project geometry problem

Good morning.
I have recently installed inventor 2019, I try to make a sketch on an existing face and then I project geometry for example of a hole, I conclude the sketch and I make extrusion or cut and gives me the error that the line is not closed (see attachment), which I did not happen with older inventor as a version.
How can I solve the problem?

I tried to activate only the two projections as from your attachment but still the same thing happens to me.

Hello, are you projecting geometry or construction line? with 2019 there is this option and I would not want to be set by default; This could lead to this error.
