project help in ansoft designer

hi, being at my first experience with ansoft designer, I would need someone more experienced to describe the steps to follow to implement and simulate a wilkinson combo(e.g.:wilk_x).I have a central frequency of 3.6 ghz and characteristic impedance of 48 ohm. thanks in advance for your collaboration

I'm afraid you won't find much help here... we are hard on the structural part, but not on the electric one.. .
