He explained to you how to do it, even to me it seems the only way...we say that I must project on the sheet the center of the reference holes, but the projection direction should not be orthogonal to the surface but along a date line.
I don't know if it's possible.
Maybe if I didn't get it wrong, the holes will be oblique, that is the axis of the holes is your given line?we say that I must project on the sheet the center of the reference holes, but the projection direction should not be orthogonal to the surface but along a date line.

No... the holes will be perpendicular to its surface.Maybe if I didn't get it wrong, the holes will be oblique, that is the axis of the holes is your given line?
so I have to project some sketch lines.... I thought they could project only edges of solidsNot so understandable. ...
to interpretation, if I understood correctly:
1. sketch on the face with existing holes
2. line in the direction you need bound to the center of the hole and what terms on the edge of the face to drill
3. go out of sketch and create another sketch on the face to drill
4. project the terminal points of the lines created before and create a vertical line of the length of the point where you need the hole
5. create at that point a "point" for holes
6. drill and hide the remaining sketch visible
