projection platform

I have a problem with building platforms.

We put a platform on a plot at 10m altitude.
in the 5m plant view, I should see the ground dissected at the platform area.
instead in the view I appear the upper projection of the platform. is a white area without borders.
I tried in various ways to eliminate this projection, I did research, but nothing.
I hope you can help me.

You better explain what you mean by platforms: say "higher platforms" as if you had put a platform above each other, but in revit the platforms cannot overlap. and then, normally, the "platform" , one, or next to the other at different odds, is placed at the lowest level as it defines the depth of excavation in the ground.
