prototyping of tiny pieces

Hello everyone, I searched and wanted, I asked, I phoned, but still I did not find the service that I do for me. I need a firm that can make, in prototyping, the tiny pieces created with the 3d. I mean tiny ones, for example if it was a cylinder, of diameter 0,8 tenths of mm. Besides, I need the finished piece not to have the staining that produces the laser while overlapping the layers or at least as precisely as possible. and so much to please I also need the economicity of the service. in practice are tiny bits and between time and material is just an ininety.
Can anyone help me?

I would like to point out that I do not have such a strong technology, but the apse has this weak point, I would like to make some comments.

ask for a specific type of processing, almost from microstratification .
certain details, already are difficult to achieve with normal thermoplastic molding techniques, let alone with prototypal processes.
If I don't remember a colleague telling me that his laser had a 0.10 fire, would this already lead to say that the stairway is present on the layers, also with a diameter required by 0.8 what processing tolerance is acceptable?
0.8 +/- 0.1 or 0.8 +/- 0.01 ?
This is because I believe that if in traditional mechanics a popular saying says that "cents cost" , in rapid prototyping we cannot subtract from this rule.
If you can find a technology that can satisfy you, I don't think it's economic technology and within reach of everyone, otherwise we poor mortal service would have already closed our doors for a long time, don't you think?

I would discard the silicone molds, having these as a sacrificial basis just a prototype.
The only technique that comes to mind for your request is baby stamping, but if you need a piece we are still daccapo .

It seems that they start to turn some machines that deal with smoothing the details in abs, but in addition to modifying the dimensions, you would still have the problem of micrometrics.

the only machines that could approach your demanding I think are the printers for goldsmiths, but they print wax for subsequent fusion .
