today I wanted to open a call on the ptc support, but after having me fill out all the pappardella, at the time of sending the request the system told me that I have to turn to my var.

I can see you're appeaseing him! :smile:
apart from jokes, if you are in active maintenance of the product for which you open the request you should not have any kind of problem, otherwise it seems strange that the system will re-inder you to your var.
At least this reasoning applies to all products of ptc side pro/e / creo, but I think it's the same for ex co-create, why do you use those not?
