ptc creo elements - import 3d - dxf

Good morning, everyone and first of all I hope you're okay!
use for years ptc I create elements/direct modeling development pkg, then in annotation the putting into the table and except in mi, bdl, and dwg and dxf for the tertists and everything goes well, development of step molds for complex funnels.
I have a small problem, I am subjected to dwg a couple of very simple details, but I can not import them for the 2d and not even for the 3d. to consider that in edrawing if amount the dxf file I see it in 3d well but I do not detect the quotas.
I would like to import it in 3d and then make the table and/or any changes. or as I have to proceed to prepare it for my 3d without obnosing any quota but having only that file.
Probably my problem and I apologize, but it's useless to invent me if there are professionals here.

Maybe autocad can export the 3d in satellite format, can you send them back to that format?

the only information I have is that the 3d is made in fusion 360.
Now a friend turned them into stp and I managed to model them in 2d, I retract them, but... result with horrible measurements in meters compared to 10 / 15 mm of the bushing.

but fusion 360 can export to step, so you can open a free fusion 360 account, upload the file and return it to step.
alternatives: I think grabcad's workbench can do the conversion.

I don't know if you have any other software to open dxfs besides edrawing, I think they're easily free of charge, so first try is the following:
- open the dxf with the software try to save it in other format, for example dwg
- then import it into annotation or me10

if you fail export and subsequent import, once opened you can make a brutal copy of windows ctrl+c and then paste all lines copied into me10 or annotation

even more extreme attempt is:
-open to video as you can dxf
-make a screenshot and save its image
-import the image in annotation

At this point you need a single quota as a reference, draw the corresponding hand geometry, make the proportion and scale all the image of the scale factor found.
at this point you can recalculate all the image (you said that design is simple) and do what you need

-I have available ptc creo modeling/annotation - drafting - and consequently edrawing
I tried with import in aspire, freecad but nothing.
-I didn't understand how the brutal copy, I have to be able to open it then I work it.
(the impression is that it opens me in very high dimensions not detecting quotas. )
-of course the speech to import to the ugly and retrace, I did, (I managed with a stp converted by a friend) in modeling, then I retraced but I noticed the phony size, and not knowing it I could give any proportion/dimension.

Of course I don't have to succeed, I contact the owner and ask for other formats or dxf/dwg quoted to understand, and at the most being very simple details, with the odds, I remake everything myself.

this evening first I open with fusion, (I had expired) and I see to export it as from your directions, describing the passages.
