win 7 processor dual core 2,4 ....I already installed pre engineer old and function then I had also installed creo 1.0 and goes but the 2.0 I do not part the installation wizard .... tried then on a laptop and part it... I didn't know if it was the case of formatting the pc...the video card and old ati radeon x1650 with creo 1 gave me graphics problems the models were as drawn up in the top of the work area. . .
Probably depends on the graphics card.
Keep in mind that I don't go on the old notebook with ati fire gl, while I create 1 runs regularly.
creo 2 is more demanding in graphic terms and on certain graphics cards does not want to know.
is highly recommended a 64-bit machine (with 32 bits do not go far) with open gl certified graphics card at least 3.1
recommended ram at least 8 giga.
on the ptc site find system requirements for the program.
I don't need a super pc at home....it would be enough for me to open up creo and be able to use all the commands... to create uncomplicated parts and simple assemblies... .
a vicinp home store sells me a video card at 168 euro...this:
svga pny vcq410-pb nvidia picture410 kepl
svga pny vcq410-pb nvidia picture410 kepler low profile 512mbdr3 pcie16x 2.0 2560x1600 1dv
according to you with my pc configuration and this card... does it work? Is the price for that card acceptable?
for the problem of stretching I don't know, but I managed to install creo 2.0 on windows xp to 32 bit, launching the setup (which didn't even leave to me) after setting compatibility in windows 2000 mode!!!
