variables that manage line types in the autocad model space are ltscale and msltscale. if you do not touch them (and do not change the annotation scale) the distance between the points will remain that.

As for dots it is definitely abnormal that they can change at the opening of the dwg, but I recommend, if it is polylinee (continue), to select them and from the property window set "generation line type" su activated.

so that in the future the variable plinegen = 1 (digit plinegen and the request type 1) is always drawn.
