put drawings in the sheets all at the same point

I hope that the title explained to me.. I have to insert the various plant sections etc etc in the various layout sheets.. My question is
as I can do to insert for example the plants all at the point since I have no references or osnap.
for example I want to leave from side edge 5cm and bottom edge 4 cm
and put them all from that point so you have a clean view
and not who taller than lower or right and who tt in one side...

You can use the grills, even if you wouldn't solve everything. classical mentality cad; everything perfectly aligned to the distance I establish. I don't see how it can be in an architectural table. . .
