1) How can I change the convection from American (by default) to European?
2) Taking a main view is it possible to rotate it with the consequent rotation of views and cuts?

use solid edge, solid works and inventor. I write here to ask for information about the latter. when I enrolled, I said to use only solid edge. Sorry for misunderstanding. I don't know how to change the profile.

1 ) boh, I could say to drag the view into the correct position but it is definitely not what you wanted.
2 ) dx key on the view you want to rotate and choose "wheel ", if you have not yet quoted and indicated section lines, everything follows the rotation, if you have already quoted, armed with patience.
