question about size door blocks

Hello everyone,
I am drawing in autocad in 2d the interior of a building and I would need door blocks for both interior and supporting walls.
Now, I have not understood whether the doors I have to adapt them to the various dimensions of the rooms (e.g. 90cm of the door) or if there are already dimensions.
In the first case how should I do to adapt an already built block of a door to the size of my room compartment?
and for the windows same question.. .
there are sites (also for a fee) where can I find suitable door blocks and windows (metrically) to different types of rooms and walls thickness?

third: you could create dynamic blocks, more "cooled" solution.

It seems absurd to me to pay for the blocks too!
However what I did not understand is how you do to resize a block!

I solved by finding this online link:http://www.abcautocad.it/tutorial_autocad_blocchi_dinamici.htmla videotutorial that teaches how to create dynamic blocks that is the thing that interests me most.
I can even iron the object in a "preset" way, giving the stretch of pre-defined dimensions! What I was looking for!
