is it possible according to you to customize the title bar in autocad 2011? For example, change color shade or add layer control elements?

command which -> customize user interface -> choose in the "command list" box the command to be inserted in the quick access bar -> expand "fast access toolbar" which you find in the box above "customizations in all files" and transfer the command you choose first in the "command list".
if you want to create a drop down menu: always select the "fast access toolbar" and with the right click you will find the option "new drop down menu".
