quota aligned with oblique extension lines

Hi.
I got a file, made in autocad 2005lt, with this particular type of quotation I do not know.
as you can see the quotation is neither linear nor aligned. I don't know how to achieve it, but I'd like to learn why it seems useful to me for the quotations of the assonometries.

you know how to do, what commands to use?

...by the way, to have the correct style, the text should be tilted... (it will be pure aesthetics, but put so it is just "horrid")
