I have not understood your need, but what you can do by taking the references of a part both monobody and multibody you can do even if those bodies are internal parts of a set

I'll explain. I have to build a beard brush door that will then be printed as a prototype in 3d... and work in multibody in this way allows me to build well taking the measurements immediately of the piece and to be able to make the changes on the same immediately.

between the two bodies is not possible because the revolution is built with a distance from the imported part so first you have to insert the part and then make the revolution.
instead you could create an axis on the imported part and bind this with the origin, then bind the lower face with one of the plans; but if the imported part is modified and the eliminated face then errors are generated (as in the couplings of together).
in the part the couplings work as in the axieme only that they are a little more Moroccan to manage

ok massive thanks to the info xché I could not open the attached models. However rest of the opinion that in exceptional cases it is useful to import parts within parts. in this case, in fact, I have not understood the usefulness but it is a subjective feeling
