Of course all the beaten points have their absolute share slm but now he asks me, to have a more immediate reading of the difference of quota between one point and another, to place 0 on a very precise point and from there to have all the other points with quotas relative to this zero (I don't know if I have explained). in my opinion, create a new dwg, insert the relief as xref and move the point in question to quota z=0, your relief remains such and which, the customer will have the reading of quotas as best he believes.

is easy enough if you check the icon of theucs as origin the point where you intend to assign quota 0
Enables realistic or conceptual view, so that the icon of the bird is more visible, then assigns to the variable "ucsicon" value 3 so that the icon always appears at the origin.
then make sure that the bird always appears at the origin by clicking on the icon dedicated to this purpose in the menu 'modelling 3d'
pass over the mouse icon and when it takes on a yellowish color with the right click select the "origin" item.
then move to the point where you want to assign 0 quota and click on it.
The icon of the bird will appear no longer on the left side of the screen but at the point you have chosen. the coordinates of all other points will be recalculated.
during all these operations make sure that the icon z axis is always oriented up. in case you move it up with the mouse.
