quotation inside a set

Can someone tell me what option we need to change if I want to take measures inside a set? ? ? . . .
I go on sketch but using the command of the quotas does not recognize any point inside the asm...

when you are in the axieme sketch you have to enable on the tools menu the item paritetic elements so you can select edges/verticals etc. of the components.
by default is disabled because on bodily assemblies becomes slow the recognition of edges/vertical

I use st2, however when you're in the sketch look on the menus and try to see if you find icons equal to these. if you do not find them, with right click / customize add them
